While the girls enjoy time in Michigan at a big family bridal shower, I've been to Chicago for training and been working up a storm in our basement. Went through nearly three gallons of primer last night and today, priming the ceiling, walls and stairwell.
That was followed by the excitement of replacing light switches and outlets, including installation and testing of GFCI outlets. Thought I'd try to finish "everything" this weekend before they come back, but that was clearly much too optimistic.

Those projects always take longer than you think. Way to hang in there with the 3 gallons of primer. That's a lot of painting for one weekend!
Brian - You asked me a while ago why I didn't have an RSS feed on my blog. I didn't want it b/c I didn't know what it was. My dad just explained it to me tonight so I turned it back on...in case you wanted to know.
