My grandparents are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary today! At a recent holiday gathering, I caught this picture of Grandma hugging one of her many great-grandchildren.
They would be the first to say things haven't always been easy, but that it has been a terrific journey. In my life, they've contributed to values and interests like family, faith, frugality, games, reading, and travel, among many others. At a prior anniversary party, Grandpa still had documents and receipts he had kept from their honeymoon to Jamaica!

Wow, I never knew that about the honeymoon receipts. Not surprising but very cool!
