Peacocks of Los Poblanos

If you're ever in Albuquerque, definitely consider a stay at Los Poblanos.

Trying to wade through hundreds of pictures after a trip is always a challenge. To get things started, here are pictures of the "famous" peacocks on their grounds.

Kate called this blue one the "big one" since it had its feathers spread most often.

A white one on the roof of the inn.
And, the white one with its feathers spread.
Call us dumb, but we had not thought about the fact that peacocks fly. Apparently, most have their wings clipped. Because these peacocks were born on the grounds of Los Poblanos, they may fly around, but always return. They sleep high in the trees at night!
