Here she was stirring ingredients for buttermilk pancakes. Today, she was excited to help with lunch by putting potatoes in a pot of water.

Is that the Joy of Cooking Breakfast and Brunch cookbook?? It looks like ours. We love it. Amelia and Aidan love to help out making waffles on Sunday mornings.
Yes it is. If I remember correctly, it was a shower gift. I think from Aunt Eileen? It is one of my favorites too.
That's right...It was from Aunt Eileen. I figured she must have given you one too. We like to make the galette and tortilla espanola.
