Fair Times

Made it back to Indiana in late July for a multi-generation tradition, the Elkhart County Fair. Enjoyed wristband day, sideshows, 4-H exhibits, and lots of treats including local Nelson's chicken and Chief ice cream. Weather couldn't have been better too! Kate got two blue ribbons for a collage and a watercolor painting of popsicles, while Colin got a blue ribbon for his star wars model project. Also, the kids enjoyed pulling out their mint birthday coins, a gift from Grandma Barb the year they were each born.
