I wish I could explain what went wrong and why your mom and dad don't live in the same house. All I can say is that I am so sorry for your loss (and grieve that you are so young, you can't know or recall what it is you are missing out on).
Marriage can be really hard work, with the potential for great joy but deep wounds as well. It is not your fault that your mommy and daddy are not together right now.
I love you so much, and my heart aches every moment we are apart. I am proud of you. I love you just the way you are...
Your "cool tricks" jumping across the bedroom on mattresses and cushions are AWESOME!
