New skills

To answer everyone's favorite question right now, no Kate is not walking yet. She is standing more independently every day, though.

Mostly she has been working on her language skills in the last few weeks. She has added lots of new words to her repertoire, including shoe, on, off, owl, oink, and some unique pronunciations of belly button and neigh (as in, what does a horse say?) She also sings parts of her favorite songs - OK, it's just e-i-e-i-o, but always right on cue :)

Here she is doing the "motion" that goes with a new game - ON/OFF. We've been using lots of electricity turning the lights on and off just to see her smile and point up at the ceiling.
