In the SB Tribune

Forgive me for tooting my own horn...

It's only a couple of lines buried in the middle of a weekly section in a local paper, but the South Bend Tribune noted today that I earned the ASA designation in business valuation.

Earning this designation really felt like an accomplishment, as it requires five years of full-time equivalent experience in business valuation (10,000 hours!), submission of two appraisal reports that meet the examining committee's approval, among other requirements.

While there are 7,500+ CPAs in Indiana, there are only about 20 accredited senior appraisers in business valuation in the state.
